How many apartments are there at Tully Brook Apartments ?
We have 5 buildings with a total of 54 units. We have 50 2-bedroom apartments (Approx. 1000 SF) and 4 1-bedroom apartments (Approx. 900 SF)
How many people are allowed to live in one apartment?
In a 1-bedroom apartment, the maximum capacity is 2.
In a 2-Bedroom apartment, the maximum capacity is 4.
How much do you charge for Rent?
Please contact us for current rental prices.
What does my rent include?
Units A-C : Hot Water, 1 Storage Unit & Rubbish Removal. You are responsible for Heat (Min-Split Efficient Heating/Cooling), electric, cable and internet.
Units D-M: Heat, Hot Water, 1 Storage Unit & Rubbish Removal. You are responsible for electric, cable and internet
Do you allow pets?
Unfortunately, we do not allow pets.
Am I allowed to have overnight visitors?
Yes you may have overnight visitors, however extended stays must be approved by management. Any guest staying in the property more than 2 weeks in any 6 month period will be considered a tenant, rather than a guest, and must fill out an application and be approved to live there.
Do you allow smoking?
We are a now a smoke-free community and all new tenants must be non-smokers.
Are you an approved Section 8 facility?
No, we are not.
Are your apartments handicap accessible?
We have many apartments that are on the first floor with handicap accessible features such as:
- Handicap Parking
- Easy, no-step entry to apartment.
- Wide doors to accommodate wheelchairs.
- Large bathrooms to accommodate wheelchairs.
- Rubberized kitchen flooring to reduce damage of dropped plates.
- Grab bars in the bathtubs.
What does your application process involve?
You may fill out an application online or you may download a copy to fill out and mail it to us. If we have an opening and feel that you are a qualified candidate, we will reach out to you for a showing.
You will be asked to provide the 2 most recent paystubs for you and your co-applicant (if applicable). We will also perform a background which may involve contacting your references and previous landlords (if applicable). We may also ask you to provide a recent copy of your credit score.
